Picking out the fabrics for my winter wardrobe was the first step. Now, comes the patterns! There are so many gorgeous options out there, but I think that I've narrowed it down. For the black skirt and metallic vest, I'm going to use the Khaliah Ali wardrobe pattern Simplicity 2344 . I like the front walking slit for the skirt, and the princess lines of the vest. I also like that this is one of the patterns with the multiple cup sizes, so I don't have to worry about doing a full bust adjustment on my own. For the paisley silk blouse, I'm going to use the brand new McCalls pattern 6512 . I like several things about this pattern- the interesting yoke that becomes the sleeve, the low slung tie, and the curved hem. For the black and white honeycomb stretch wool, I'm going to try the Project Runway dress pattern Simplicity 2337 . I'm not sure which version to make yet. I'll probably make View A wit...
